After launching an agitation against the north Indians and forcing them to flee the city, the Raj Thackeray-led Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) has now trained its guns on the state government’s employment exchange for failing to ensure jobs for Maharashtrian youth.

The district employment office, with a registration of around two lakh youth, clarified that it was up to the industrial units in the region to recruit those registered with the department.

“The industrial sector has been growing in the city, but surprisingly the youth registered with the district employment exchange fail to land jobs,” Navnirman Sena leader Ravindra Dhangekar said.
