Hello guys... Vikas and I have been debating the migrant problem in several threads. Usually it is difficult to understand what Vikas says as they are to long. Here is the final distilled, short and to-the-point suggestions by Vikas on how the migrant problem can be fixed.

All your opinions are invited. Do you agree, disagree, is he right, is he nuts (!) etc etc.

The short-term solution

Discrimination against Maharashtrians in all speheres to be reduced and eventually eliminated.

1. Raise awareness in all parts of Maharashtra.
2. Then eliminating discrimination against Maharashtrians everywhere by not allowing the issue to die down

The medium-term solution
************************

1. A strong, very strong well-organized regional party which is of, for, by and only for the Maharashtrians.

2. This party after winning power must insist on Maharashtrians getting preference everywhere and not only insist-BUT DO IT.

The long-term solution
**********************

1. Restructing of Maharashtra's economy to avoid migration by

a.) Force companies to relocate to neighbouring states
b.) The government forces companies to employ Maharashtrians whether they like it or not
