Five migrant labourers were today shot dead and four others injured by militants in Imphal East district, taking the toll in the attacks against outsiders since last night to 12.
Official sources said the labourers, who were north Indians, were shot dead by the militants at Takhel, Kangla and Sangomshang areas in the district.
The victims had bits of paper stuck to their backs reading "Go back to your state", they said.

Central govt. should take following actions immediately.
1)Send Amar sing, jaya prada and abu aazmi to manipur.
2)Allot funds for 10,000 high quality lathi's to abu aazmi.
3)Send Lalu to manipur for performing chaat puja
4)Arrest Raj Thackrey
5)And finally opposition should demand congress to come down from power and let Amar sing party rule there.
