You can not judge quality of content. You might find something good but others might find same thing lame. So who is going to decide? In fact for that matter somebody might find quality of content on this site "pathatic" and demand it to be banned.
Banning anything is of no use, I thought we knew it by now! If we have to ban, then we have to ban everything - all the Balaji serials, hindi music (damaging to kids' values), english movies (damaing to eveyone's values) and so on.
I personally think listening to people who disagree with my beliefs is important. If I only listen to people who agree, then I think I become some kind of Taliban!! :D

They have a different perspective and market. It may be totally wrong, but allowing opposing points of view to clash is critical in democracy. Otherwise we are like North Korea or something :D
Will it work if Maharashtrian channels show north indian point of view, and hindi channels show maharasthrian point of view? No na. It is by clashing that balance comes in the end. But we should try more to understand each other. That is not happening. It is all Us or Them.

No, MNS is not right. They are running a hate compaign just the way Bajrang dal or even VHP does.MNS has created a wedge among people (the way Shiv sena did with South indians). MNS's agenda is largely made up of half truths coupled with street violence. It is same as early days of Nazi party. Maharashtra Government is similarily culpable as was Gujrat government and Modi.
I dont know how much truth is there in "Laloo snatching" railway jobs. What if I said that Sharad Powar is snatching everything related to agriculture (taking to Maharashtra)!! Even if Laloo is doing that , we should fight him in a legal and constitutional way, not by beating students.

Raj Thackerays speeches were quoted without the actual context.Some channels completely distorted & sensationalised things he had said.Why cant they publish the complete news.
When the major media sings a similar tune the public generally assumes it is being honestly informed.These media channels spin and color stories to suit their agenda. They are misguiding public over certain remarks by RT.Now if that causes violence In bihar, who is responsible for the damage caused.In the Pawan Kumar kumar incident they made it appear as if MNS was responsible for his death.It was followed by violence. Trains,buses were set ablaze.Shouldnt they be held accountable for incidents like these?

ID/muharram/dahi handi/Ganeshotsavs are maharashtrian festivals which have history and celeberated for many years. Chat puja started recently on a large scale (some 3/4 years ago )to demonstrate the political strength of NI politicians like Krupa Shankar Singh and Sanjay Nirupam.
Thats the whole point.The influx becoming a votebank and threatening the very existence of the sons of the soils.

Outsiders only come to snatch jobs and opportunities.If they come here to do low income jobs which locals do not take up for various reasons, they should focus on it only. Now if any outsider who can trim your hairs in 20Rs, why will somebody go to saloon owned by Marathi who charges Rs35 ( As recommended by barber's association)?

And majority in Maharashtra feels that MNS has raised right topic. This majority can be seen in this site too. We really don't care now what people from other state think.. It's only Maharashtra where we want to live with enough resources ( water, electricity ) for 24/7 use. These resources take many years to Produce and 1-2 months to distribute. So Maharashtra, especially mumbai is suffocating under the weight of these migrants. At one side Congress is doing nothing to produce more power, even after seeing agitation of people, and other side, whoever raise any issue against these migrants is being jailed.
