Some hints on dry day bars. Usually if you in the mood to drink on dry-day, you can frequent these road side chinese food stalls. You order food and cold drinks, and with bit of discreetness, and carrying your own bottle hidden, you can then mix in the cold-drinks and serve yourself. The stall owner usually dont mind, but dont over-do it or create a nuisance.
The fun of drinking in oper air can be refreshing change and enjoyable.
Moderator is throwing a party on Saturday also. guys it's party time. :)

Sai Palace is located in Andheri East near MIDC, near a school & church beginning with the word 'Holy...', I do not recollect the exact name of the school.
