Submitting advt is much more ridiculous than cartoon strips.

I too agree with limin. Please don't put any Advt's on katta.
In a way it is like the political party workers pasting those ugly 'Vote for ...' stickers all over the walls just before elections...
May be chetan is not advertising, he is just publicising options available for Aarti on occassion of Ganesh Chaturthi. Agreed that the story could have been placed in a better manner so as to be informative rather than an Advt.
Chetan might throw some light on his intensions to clear doubts.

Moderator, how could u publish advt on katta? I am totally against of publishing such things. You should not encourage SOMEONE by publishing ridiculous things.
Iam not anti or pro to advertisements on katta.
I took this post as a information about the product asking for reviews or just open ended comments (-ve and +ve both) which is what advertisements are not all about.
However we will discourage any post purely for the purpose of advertisements, which we have done in the past by discarding the stories.
I didn't like your justification...but it's good that u won't encourage any post purely for the purpose of advertisements. It may be product review for you but for me it's still an advertisement.
Apart from this particular issue - whether it is advertisement or not - there is another important issue.
Do not copy paste entire articles from other sites. That is a copyright violation.
If you copy paste only one article it may be considered 'fair use' legally. No major problem with that.
But ideally, we should not even copy paste but write our own one para summary of the story.
