After BMC got thrashed with their superb caretaker policy, they are acting little funny (like villians in old marathi movies). First their procedure for their profiling of land is not streamlined and then they have condition that if land adopters (NGO's) don't submit their proposal's in 30 days they will hand over the land to Caretakers (builders) for development.
Its fun to track this issue, it appears there are 103 new postings yet to come on this .. But we won't be surprise with the final result.
