Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) has offered to develop a near 3.5km stretch of the Mithi, from MTNL bridge to Dharavi bridge, at an estimated cost of Rs15 crore.
Dilip Kawathkar, Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority joint project director (public relations) confirmed the RIL proposal, but said it was at a ‘conceptual’ stage.
