Today is Vada Pav Day. Nothing official about it, of course, because in Mumbai -the commom man eats Vada Pav 24/7. He doesn’t require an occasion to celebrate the city’s staple diet.
And it’s not as if the state government dedicates the day to the Vada Pav. But it was on this day that a food chain registered the Vada Pav as its main business six years ago and corporatised the chatpata street food.

Any Idea which is the food chain which registered the Vada Pav as its main business ? My guess is it has to be Jumbo Vada Pav group of food chain.
When is Samosa Day & Missal-Pav Day & Paani-puri day ?
