Please no school by Aishwarya's name. Its more apt in UP not in mumbai. Here we are happy with Singhania, TATA, Ambani, BIRLA and of course BMC Building the schools. Aishwarya goes well with watches, perfumes and undergarments.
But What Jaya bacchan is saying is also right .. probably all leaders in mumbai like Raj Thackrey, manohar joshi, abu azmi give up their land for schools and parks.

But if Maharashtra is as bekaar as UP in education, probably Raj should request all actors in Bollywood to contribute for schools, and he should provide land. Everyone happy.
Why not ask Rajnikanth? He can get active in social welfare. Moreover he is popular too. But I think, Maharshtra villages need more support than mumbai.

I think you can ask for name of school in the name you like, remember Parle College changing name to Sathaye College.

Nothing as per the rules.. in fact govt. might ask you to pay the gift tax also as they would like to have the land completely free of cost.
May be forming a educational trust and then gifting land will spare it from taxes and will give you exemption, legal experts may comment more on this.

The fact is, this is a useless discussion, as there is no law in India which says you can't start a school under any name. Chaddi Baniyaan Higher Secondary school is also fine legally.
Ash is a role model for some, like a bar dancer for some others. Mahatma Gandhi is father of the nation for some, someone who was going to destroy the country for others.
