Mumbai mayor Shubha Raul has ordered an inquiry into how permissions were given to build these structures. She also said strict action should be taken against these builders, local politicians and whoever is involved and the BMC should not hesitate to file police complaints. If political leaders are interfering in nullah-cleaning or taking action against encroachers, police complaint should be filed against them. The BMC should announce names of these leaders publicly.

This is really funny. Builders approach the corporators for building construction on illegal places, politicians send orders to BMC officers. BMC officers take money from the builders and oblige to their request. Corporator makes money on profit sharing with builder.
And Mrs. Shubha Raul expects BMC to file complaints against politicians @#$%#@%$# ... i am confused.
