People like Sanjay Nirupam,Abu Asim Aazmi vindicate the ideologies of raj Thackeray. Firstly there is no rule of controlling the influx into the already crowded city. Then you provide all of them A Right to decide their representatives.Forget the North Indians even Bangladeshis get the right to vote here. This way problems of the city would begin to resemble the Municpal Corportation of Patna. What is the condition of getting yourself admitted as a voter in India. Can anybody vote anywhere. Can i go to a holiday in goa and still vote there?.

In most states of India (except where there are national security issues I think) after staying there for a few years and gaining domicile, you can register and become a voter.
Most people end up voting only in one place in the end.
