Shubha raul is earning a title of dictator at BMC. Most of the corporators at bmc feel that decisions are taken so swiftly that she don't even take any opinions or rather allow others to discuss.
As we all know few months ago, bmc declared that all its meeting agenda's and communication with media will be done in english so that there is larger level of transperancy as not everybody is fluent in local language. And then we are also aware of BMC babu's getting trained in english speaking and all that time-pass.
Now shubha raul has amended this policy by making marathi compulsory and corporators are comlaining for not taking their opinions. Well they cannot complain about marathi .. do they ? One of the corporators is saying that if leaders are so serious about marathi then they should send their kids to marathi schools. But than BMC should pay teachers enough to go and teach in the schools and not join the call centers.
