The Shiv Sena has denounced Samajwadi MP and actor Jaya Bachchan for her statement that the people of Maharashtra should not object to her speaking in Hindi.
On Saturday, during the launch of the music of her upcoming film Drona, Jaya had said, "I am from Uttar Pradesh and will speak in Hindi and the people of Maharashtra should not take any objection."
Sources at the event said, "There was no reason for Jaya to use an entertainment platform to take potshots at politicians. It did not sound like a spur-of-the-moment statement, but it was well planned."

MNS and raj thackrey now vowed to block release of all films featuring any of its members in Maharashtra till Jaya Bachchan tenders an unconditional apology over her alleged anti-Marathi remarks.
Jaya bachhans comments were silly and completely uncalled for.Especially the tone in which she said was completely sarcastic and was aimed at taking potshots at raj thackeray and MNS.Jaya bachhan was there at a music release of a film.why did she have to drag the maharashtrians into this.

Today she has apologized for her remarks to an english tabloid.MNS now wants a public apology on marathi channels.
In other words she has given MNS an easy half volley..asking to be HIT.
I think she has apologized only because there should not be any negative impact on her son's and husband's Film.
Anyways in which language she has apologized?
She is an MP of a UP based party.
In general politicians find it hard to resist any chance of making statements..and dividing people for their personal gains. Same thing is happening in the US with McCain and Obama.. the stakes there are high.. and so is the mud-slinging
Pity there isn't an indian Jay Leno who can make fun of all parties at the same time..

Now Bal thackrey has also commented that Jaya bachhan should not provoke maharashtrians. Bacchan's were unknown commodity and maharashtrians have given them this identity.
But they will never agree to this that maharashtrians have given them this identity.
But what suddenly happened to her. till today we have seen many award functions and also interview. In that bachhan's has spoken english and not Hindi. So now what happen.. I am sure She has gone mad......

The marathi signboard issue which it could not solve for almost 20 years of power was taken up by raj thackeray sucessfully.So out of desperation they have tried to create a stir by blaming...SRK.

What u r waiting? these people come to Maharashtra to earn fame and wealth but once tey have had their fill, then they forget Marathi people. See the people who earn so much fame and money forget marathi then what we expect from the people who earn little money from here. So we have to think what to do?
