Founder of Pakistan, Mohammed Ali Jinnah may have left India decades ago, but his name continues to make news.

Jinnah House, a mansion in a posh Mumbai area, is tangled in legal issues between Jinnah's successors. Even as the Wadias fight over their legal right to the house, after three decades, another blood relative has staked claim over the property.

Says Jinnah's grandnephew, Mohammed Ebrahim, "The will has name of Maryam Peerbhoy. I'm her grandson. So it comes down as hereditary.

With another descendant to the Jinnah family name, this sprawling property worth over Rs 2,000 crore - home to historic discussions between Mahatma Gandhi and Mohd Jinnah in the 1940s - is clearly, one coveted piece of land that everyone is eyeing.
