I like to tell the BMC office that the people who have their connection they use it in a bad way by not allowing to fill the water as you know in chwals there are lot of hand pumps and many connections so as i am aware of my locality that the people living there are to jealous of one and other and they Hire money for the water that the people use fro there daily purpose but they charge more than Rs.100 per month and some of them Hire Rs.150 per month so it is legal or illegal if it is illegal then please take any action on it because the people who do not have money then they will not get the water so please take any serious action on it and if you do this then it will be very helpful to the people who stay without water and are very poor .
So please look at the seriousness of the problem that the person who owes the water connection or have the power to their hand pump then they think they are great and big people so please look at the money which they took from the people who fill water and the amount is Rs 100 or Rs.150 so please look at the matter of the money and try to resolve the problem like that it is legal to take money from the people and if legal than what is the correct amount should be taken as our government rule so please try to resolve this problem.

I request you because our family has taken many of problems for this water so please resolve this matter.
