If the captaincy was offered to Tendulkar then according to me Ganguly(the most successful captian) should be offered the job and If he is smart enough even he should decline it as well.

I think he should have taken up the captaincy. australia & pakistan are tough tours.he should have lead the team and shown every crictic that he is a good captain as well.The personal reason here which sachin is referring may be the way the selection committee has treated the senior members.
I think our main aim is to win against australia & pakistan.
If we are winning then it makes no difference who is the captain. It makes no difference even if u make Pathan or Yuvraj or Kartik as a captain.
I'm here to enjoy cricket and not who is captain. I think Sachin is not playing for Selection Committee he is playing for Country.
Sachin is not accepting Captaincy and Hundred is not accepting Sachin. So if Sachin wants to get accepted by Hundred, he has to accept Captaincy.
