This is non-sense and really, it is height of stupidity. Every Mega-city, city, town and village of india are running out of resources. There is a town in Solapur district named BARSHI, and there is no scope for outsiders even tho that town is running out of resources. Water supply is 1hour on alternate day. Stupid always blame and wise always manage and try to do better. What you do think yourself. And lastly, there is a same meaning of Bhaiya & Bhau and there is more similarity of B H A so always comment after thinking first. people like should be treated as a special case and need proper treatment. People like you can not take part in development of unity and development of nation but speak and act bitter so really it requires special treatment. British and Mughal rule over india because people like you are here.

I have visited the plant converting waste plastic to Fuel, which is near Bhosari, Pune. I met one Mr.Sutar (who said he was the President's Award winner, 2004, for patenting the process). He was allotted 4 acres land by the local Municipal. The plant is presently converting 1.5 tons of plastic waste per day to 1200 litres of "Diesel-like fuel", which his Company, BVG (Bharat Vikas Group) is processing. He said that he had got environment clearence form the Pollution Control Board. I saw the equipment in person, but not allowed to take photographs.
