The civic body will have the pilot project started in six months, in its health, education, water supply, roads and solid waste management departments.

After brief technical success of bandra skywalk, MMRDA will be constructing 1.4 km skywalk connecting east and west sides of kalyan. This project is put forward to MMRDA by kalyan dombivali municipal council to reduce the congestion at kalyan railway station. Lets hope this 84 crore skywalk gets utilized unlike deserted bandra skywalk.
