The BMC is inching closer towards having its budget expenditure audited by a third party.
The civic body will have the pilot project started in six months, in its health, education, water supply, roads and solid waste management departments.

Your write-up is quite an emotional one, and if I do not apply my mind I too would be biased criticizing only the Maharastrians for Bihari bashing which is taking place in Maharastra.
