Mumbai Police were forced into shooting the gunman down. Anyone with a gun and who has hostages is termed as a terrorist. The cops waited until he fired the first shot and then abivously fired back. Mumbai police were right in doing so.

Is anyone know that in bmc mumbai, no pay scale is fixed from last 8 years.

Now inflation rate is nearly 13% a 14 yrs record high & its clear that the central and state government employee get 6th pay commission's pay scale.

But bmc employee getting dearness allowance same as they got in April 2000, 8 year back's.
