State Assembly saved the Open Spaces in mumbai from deadly CareTaker policy. Open spaces will continue to be monitored by adoption policy. The revision in land development policy will allow private bodies and corporates to procure the plots on caretaker basis and build amenities like club house, gymkhanas, swimming pools and other ancillaries in 25 per cent of the open space.
