At one hand BMC is buying state of the art machines to stich the roads and in ghatkopar minors between the age of 10 and 14 are being used by contractors appointed by BMC because they can easily slip into the narrow mouths of drains to collect silt and garbage. It seems BMC is trying everything to save their skin this mansoon.
