I have never seen Mumbai so cold in my 26 year living here. I think this is the coldest winter in Mumbai history. Even at day its cold (as I type right now my fingers are so cold and numb). COME December, cigarette packs will be required to carry pictorial warnings covering up to 50 per cent of the display area on the box as per the Indian Tobacco Control Act 2003.
