Not very certain about transperancy but the website will definately bring in the psycological ease to enquire into any police matters. After all clicking and scrolling is far easier then talking with pandu in the police station.

The official website of the Maharashtra government was allegedly hacked, forcing the state Information Technology department to lodge a formal complaint with the city police on Tuesday.
