Western Railway’s ambitious project to build a terminus for long-distance trains at Dadar has run into a 117-year-old obstacle. Low income group (LIG) houses in Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (Mhada) societies need no longer be restricted to just 450 sq ft in size.
