Five migrant labourers were today shot dead and four others injured by militants in Imphal East district, taking the toll in the attacks against outsiders since last night to 12.

After having exempted Bhojpuri movies from Theatre tax, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation has now proposed to exempt all regional language movies and dramas from tax from the year 2008-09.
