Mumbai mayor Shubha Raul has ordered an inquiry into how permissions were given to build these structures. She also said strict action should be taken against these builders, local politicians and whoever is involved and the BMC should not hesitate to file police complaints. read more »

Check out the pictures of Kalavantin Durg.
Kalavantin Durg is one of the very beautifull looking at the same time dangerous pinnacles or durg is adjacent to Prabalgad fort. You can figure out from the pictures that it is very tempting to the trekkers. On the Mumbai Pune express highway one can take the Shedung exit. Shedung is the base village of Prabal and Kalavantin forts. read more »
