This applications are for clearance of BMC for the madap setup as per the BMC guidelines. Different lands, different laws and i would add...Is it just me or is it true that this year has...I seem to recollect that a year or two ago some...Avghachi Sansar,Aaliya Bhogasi and Mohityanchi...only in kerala manishbhau... their HC ruled so....Aren't bandhs banned by the law ? :-)
