Prinan Modak

Ingredients:

Ghee
Popped rice (Lahya)
Crystal sugar
Liquorice (Jeshtimadh)
Melon seeds (Charoli)
Honey

Method:
Roast popped rice in ghee and grind them in a mixer.
In a pan and make syrup of the crystal sugar, adding liquorice to it.
Make a powder of melon seeds and add to the popped grain flour. Add sugar syrup and honey over it.
