Alarmed by the soaring drop-out rate among the girl students in Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) schools - every year a whopping 12,000 of them opt out of studies - the civic body has decided to give every girl child Re 1 for each day of their attendance. The scheme will be launched from April 1 for the 1177 BMC-run schools in Mumbai.

Jayraj Phatak afterall is very deductive in his logic. Recently in one of the meetings BMC officials takes assasination of Sena corporator very lightly because they misunderstood the word with assault, this reminds me busybee again. Now they are appointing a techer to brush up their ABC.
