I like to tell the BMC office that the people who have their connection they use it in a bad way by not allowing to fill the water as you know in chwals there are lot of hand pumps and many connections so as i am aware of my locality that the people living there are to jealous of one and other and they Hire money for the water that the people use fro there daily purpose but they charge more than read more »
